r"""v787 -- HECKE.ARROW_MESSAGE.01: the arrow ledger structured + the broadcast identity, ONE module from two probes (48/48 + 21/21 checks, ~50 s; discovery probes hecke_arrow_ledger_probe.py ARROW-LEDGER-STRUCTURED and hecke_broadcast_probe.py BROADCAST-EXACT, both 2026-08-05).  THE ARROW LEDGER (part 1): the label-faithful Hecke arrow ledger UNDER the corpus traces is real and structured -- the 15 ramified arrows ARE the 15 polar labels, sigma-equivariantly (7 NS + 8 R under chi_NSR, with ker chi_NSR itself one of the 15 edges); every ramified arrow meets the certified spread blocks in census (3, 1, 1, 1, 1) and the 3-block is exactly the block containing the arrow's polar label; the two-step n -> 4n ledger, label-resolved through the intermediate edge label y, collapses to T = 28 I + 12 (J - I) with row sum 196 = (2*7)^2, identical on LCG contexts of depths 0/1/2, T/196 = (4/49) I + (45/49) Pi_0 EXACT (Fractions) and T = 4 B^2; the 105 leg classes {(v, y(edge))} number EXACTLY 105 and coincide with the v756 Kraus index set {(x, y) : B[x, y] = 1}, with per-leg weight 4/196 = 1/49 = (7^{-1/2})^4 (Kraus normalization recovered from deck counting); the trace collapse is exact including the sign-derived a_7 = +24 (a_3 = -4, a_5 = -2 re-derived live; the p = 7 full labeled Kneser census, 137600 lines, is NEW -- v535 had consistency only); the special-line count obeys n_B = (sigma3^2 - a_p^2)/8; the entropy accounting is a typed measurement (log2 15 bits per ramified arrow, log2 49 = 5.6147 vs 3.8551 bits per two-step event, H_p = 0.4220 / 0.4720 / 0.4907 bits per Kneser line at p = 3/5/7 -- a distribution measurement, never a decoded message); control C1 (scrambled glue labels) fires along with C2-C4.  THE BROADCAST IDENTITY (part 2): on every odd shell n in {3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13} the joint (V-class x glue) arrow census factorizes EXACTLY as T-bar_n = M_n (x) I_16 with M_n = [[A_n, B_n], [B_n, A_n]], A_n = (sigma3(n) + a_n)/2, B_n = (sigma3(n) - a_n)/2 = 16 R(n) arrow-exactly (R = 1, 4, 10, 24, 43, 68) -- the odd-shell arrows are sigma3(n) full 16-state copies of the unit root packet with V-classes untouched by the sheet switch; the NEW exact identities b = 2 A_p (the affine Kneser T_p coefficient IS twice the keep multiplicity) and n_B = A_p B_p / 2 (the special Kneser lines count the packet product) hold live at p = 3, 5, 7; the honest negative stands: R(p) is NOT the type-B Weyl orbit count at p = 7 (13 != 10 -- a small-place coincidence, measured, typed and rejected).  No marker move, NO RH claim.  Python-only per GATE.WOLFRAM.02.

PROVENANCE: discovery probes hecke_arrow_ledger_probe.py (2026-08-05, 48/48, 19.7 s, ARROW-LEDGER-STRUCTURED; no spec corrections disclosed) + hecke_broadcast_probe.py (2026-08-05, 21/21, 30.6 s, BROADCAST-EXACT; the disclosed pre-freeze investigation record -- the p = 3 pilot and the rejected parity candidates P1/P2/P3c/P4 -- carried verbatim in the docstring below); both re-run identically at promotion. Promoted verbatim, part 2 wrapped in a function scope (its sibling-probe import hecke_arrow_ledger_probe resolves to THIS module, whose module level IS part 1; the probe path shims point at verification/ where this module now lives); numbers unchanged; run() encodes both patterns (v757 precedent).

Original hecke_arrow_ledger_probe docstring (verbatim):
hecke_arrow_ledger_probe -- HECKE.ARROW_MESSAGE.01 (prime-channel
message round, module 3): the label-faithful Hecke ARROW LEDGER -- keep
the individual Hecke arrows instead of collapsing to the trace, and test
whether the microscopic message layer above the scalar a_p exists.

QUESTION (frozen): the corpus Hecke tower is known at TRACE resolution
(v535: Kneser correspondence -> nu_p = a Id + b T_p -> a_3 = -4,
a_5 = -2, a_7 = 24; v738: the Z[i]-E8 submodule tower projects onto
V = L/(1+i)L exactly and sigma-functorially, odd layers act as
degree * id, the ramified layer IS the 15 hyperplanes with 2:1 deck;
v754: the two-step n -> 4n pass is exactly K^2 with closed factor
196 = (2*7)^2; v756: 105 Kraus terms realize K = B/7 CP-unitally).
This probe builds the arrow ledger UNDER those traces: every individual
arrow with its full label tuple, exact integer arithmetic throughout,
and decides five frozen structural gates T1-T5 plus a typed entropy
measurement of what the trace destroys.

THE TWO REGISTERS (the corpus honesty point, kept explicit -- ordinary
odd-prime events do NOT select a 4-bit label; odd tower layers are
degree * id; the code information sits in the RAMIFIED correspondences;
the rational prime atoms are compressed trace data):
  R1 TOWER REGISTER (v738 frame): all index-N(pi) Z[i]-submodules of
     L = Z[i]^4 for the canonical associate primes with norms in
     {2, 5, 9, 13, 49} (predeclared; norm 49 = the p = 7 tower layer,
     NEW beyond v738's norm cap 13). Ramified arrow label tuple:
     (edge id, HNF cell (j0, phi), hyperplane W in V, deck vector,
     polar label y via the canonical lattice form hbar, sigma-orbit,
     chi_NSR(y), certified-spread block). Odd arrow label tuple:
     (HNF cell, sigma-orbit, source class v -> target class
     t = iota-bar^{-1} v, well-definedness certificate).
  R2 KNESER REGISTER (v535 geometry): ALL isotropic lines of
     (E8/pE8, q) for p in {3, 5, 7} (predeclared full; p = 11, 13
     excluded by cost), enumerated as W(D5) x W(A3) orbits with the
     per-line label 4-vector = marked-neighbor counts at shell n = 1
     binned by the mu4 glue class deg in Z/4 (v535 census at PER-LINE
     resolution).  NEW ENUMERATION: marked vectors w = a v + p m are
     enumerated per line by a SMALL ellipsoid (q(m + a v / p) <= 1),
     independent of p -- this makes the p = 7 full labeled census
     (137600 lines) feasible; a_7 = +24 becomes arrow-derived WITH
     SIGN (v535 had consistency only at p = 7).

THE FIVE GATES (frozen):
  T1 COHERENCE: tower -- v738-H1 protocol (iota-bar ranks exhaustive on
     ALL submodules of every layer; constructive transport with two
     independent representatives + non-membership control, exhaustive
     at norms {2,5,9,13}, LCG-sampled 200 submodules x 16 classes at
     norm 49 -- predeclared); sigma permutes every layer with orbit
     lengths in {1, 3}; ramified deck 2:1 verified per (edge, class).
     Kneser -- per-line label vector is well-defined on Weyl orbits
     (constancy re-verified on LCG-sampled orbit members) and every
     line carries exactly 240 marked vectors at shell 1.
  T2 LABEL STRUCTURE: ramified arrows <-> 15 hyperplanes <-> 15 polar
     labels bijectively; per-class incidence 7 (nonzero) / 15 (zero),
     deck 2 => D = diag(30, 14 x 15) (v738 H2.2a re-derived from the
     ledger); polarity sigma-equivariant; chi_NSR splits the arrows
     7 NS + 8 R and ker chi_NSR is itself one of the 15 edges (v738
     H2.5a / v752 P5.3 hookup).  Odd tower: per-class arrow count =
     degree exactly (Hecke-rigid). Kneser: per-line label vectors
     fall into FEW exact types (structured, not uniform noise), with
     column identities Sum_j S_j = #lines * 240, spinor columns
     S_1 = S_3 = #lines * 64, and the lambda_odd anchors 352 / 3784 /
     19840 (p = 7 MEASURED here, previously profile-only).
  T3 SPREAD: the certified spread (lex-first fully isotropic spread of
     the canonical form, the arf_spinor_compiler selection rule in the
     v738 label frame) -- every ramified arrow meets the 5 blocks in
     census (3, 1, 1, 1, 1) and the 3-block is exactly the block
     containing the arrow's polar label; odd tower arrows are
     block-uniform (3 * degree per block). (The Kneser register
     carries mu4 glue labels, not V labels -- no spread statement
     there; that separation IS the honesty point.)
  T4 COMPOSITION (strongest): the two-step n -> 4n down-up ledger,
     label-resolved through the intermediate edge label y, collapses
     to T = 28 I + 12 (J - I) with row sum 196 = (2*7)^2, identical on
     LCG contexts of depths 0/1/2, T/196 == (4/49) I + (45/49) Pi_0
     EXACT (Fractions), T == 4 B^2 for the canonical-form incidence B;
     the leg classes {(v, y(edge)) : v in W_edge} number EXACTLY 105
     and coincide with the v756 Kraus index set {(x,y) : B[x,y] = 1},
     with per-leg weight 4/196 = (7^{-1/2})^4 (Kraus normalization
     recovered from deck counting).
  T5 TRACE COLLAPSE (consistency anchor): summing the R2 ledger with
     the v535 weights collapses exactly to the scalars: (a,b) =
     (448, 24) at p = 3, (4032, 124) at p = 5 (frozen S5 block
     re-derived LIVE), and at p = 7 the FULL labeled enumeration ->
     (a, b) with a_7 = b - sigma3(7) = +24 (sign measured); cross-
     checks: p = 3 census == v535 census_orbit bit-identically,
     normalization a + b sigma3 = #lines at all three places.
  M MESSAGE MEASUREMENT (typed, frozen estimator = Shannon entropy of
     the empirical label distribution, in bits, before vs after trace
     collapse; NO semantic claim): ramified one-step arrow identity
     log2 15; two-step label-resolved H(y,w|v) = log2 49 vs collapsed
     H(w|v); Kneser per-line type entropy H_p vs 0 (the scalar a_p).
  C MUST-FAIL CONTROLS: C1 scrambled glue labels (frozen column
     permutation (0123)->(1230)) break the T5 fit at p = 3; C2 mutated
     incidence (2 classes swapped between 2 edges, v754-C1) breaks the
     T4 (28, 12) constancy; C3 a wrong hyperplane assignment (first
     non-canonical of the 27 non-canonical nondegenerate alternating
     forms, chosen non-sigma-invariant) breaks T2 polarity
     sigma-equivariance AND the T3 block containment / T4 leg set;
     C4 random arrow sets (LCG 7-subsets per edge; LCG label vectors
     per Kneser orbit) break T2/T4/T5.

VERDICT ENUM (frozen): ARROW-LEDGER-STRUCTURED (T1-T5 pass, controls
fire -- the microscopic layer is real, label-faithful, and collapses to
a_p exactly; the "message" is the arrow structure above the trace,
quantified in bits) / ARROW-LEDGER-PARTIAL (name which T fails) /
ARROW-LEDGER-FLAT (labels uniform/contentless above the trace).

FENCES: NO semantic/prose-message claims (crypto discipline: no free
keys) -- the entropy numbers are measurements of a distribution, not a
decoded message. ROOTCLASS-MIXED (v775, ARF.ROOTCLASS.01) is CITED and
unaffected: no code -> matter assignment is made or implied anywhere in
this probe; labels are lattice bookkeeping. Everything exact (integer
/ Fraction / F2); floats only inside the Fincke-Pohst bound of the
ellipsoid enumeration, every accepted vector re-checked in exact
integers, and in the entropy log2 readout (measurement).

FIREWALL: experiments/ probe; ONE new file; writes nothing; no

hecke_broadcast_probe -- HECKE.ARROW_MESSAGE.01 follow-up (the C2
broadcast test): does the transported Hecke operator on the odd quotient
factor as T-bar_p = M_p (x) I_16, with M_p = [[A_p, B_p], [B_p, A_p]]
the C2 packet matrix (A_n = (sigma3(n) + a_n)/2, B_n = (sigma3(n) -
a_n)/2 = 16 R(n), both nonnegative) and I_16 the identity on
V = L/(1+i)L -- "place 2 is the control plane, odd primes broadcast
over all 16 states"?

PREDECESSOR (this worker, same round): hecke_arrow_ledger_probe.py,
verdict ARROW-LEDGER-STRUCTURED 48/48 -- per-line Kneser label vectors
fall into two types with n_B = (sigma3^2 - a_p^2)/8; odd tower layers
act as degree * id on V (Hecke rigidity); ramified layer = the 15
hyperplanes with 2:1 deck.  ALGEBRA CHECK (task): n_B = (sigma3^2 -
a_p^2)/8 = ((A+B)^2 - (A-B)^2)/8 = 4AB/8 = A_p B_p / 2 -- the special
Kneser lines count the PRODUCT of the two packet multiplicities.

INVESTIGATION RECORD (disclosed; performed BEFORE the freeze):
  * Derivation: on ODD coefficients the v535 oldform coordinates kill
    every basis element except E4 and f8 (E4(q^d), d > 1, and f8(q^2)
    have no odd coefficients), so the mu4 glue census of the odd
    shell-n vectors of E8 is FORCED to
      Theta = (56 s - 4 a, 64 s, 56 s + 4 a, 64 s),   s = sigma3(n),
    i.e. Theta = A_n u + B_n u^{+2} with u = (52, 64, 60, 64) the ROOT
    (shell-1) glue pattern and u^{+2} its glue-torsor 2-shift.  The
    sheet switch is the 2-SHIFT OF THE mu4 TORSOR (the J^2 = -1 clock
    half-turn), and the unit packet is the root census itself.
  * Pilot (p = 3, disclosed): the joint (V-class x mu4-glue) 64-cell
    census of shell 3 equals 12 * tab_1 + 16 * tab_1^{sw} EXACTLY, and
    the V-class totals are uniform 448 = 16 sigma3(3) with empty zero
    class.  The pilot place p = 3 is therefore the SELECTION place;
    the confirmation set is {5, 7, 9, 11, 13} (frozen below).
  * REJECTED candidates (typed honestly, no free keys):
    P1 NS/R glue parity (deg even vs odd): splits 112 s / 128 s --
       NO a_n dependence, cannot carry (A, B). Measured.
    P2 deg = 0 vs deg = 2: splits (56 s - 4a, 56 s + 4a); proportional
       to (A, B) iff 120 s a = 0 -- exact disproof.  Measured.
    P3c conjugation on tower submodules: at split places conjugation
       swaps the two ideal layers entirely (all-switch, (0, 312) at
       p = 5), at inert places it fixes #P^3(F_p) hyperplanes -- no
       (A, B) proportion. Structural rejection, no fit attempted.
    P4 "R(p) = number of type-B Kneser Weyl orbits": measured 1, 4, 13
       at p = 3, 5, 7 -- matches R = 1, 4 but FAILS at p = 7 (13 !=
       10): a small-place coincidence, rejected and reported.
  * FROZEN definition (the ONE definition, channel-typed): the C2
    sheet parity is the PACKET decomposition of the odd-shell census
      tab_n = A_n * tab_1 + B_n * tab_1^{sw}        (64 cells)
    where tab_1 is the joint (V-class x glue) root census (the unit
    packet), sw = glue-torsor 2-shift with V-classes UNTOUCHED (the
    broadcast: a sheet switch moves NO V-state), and (A_n, B_n) are
    solved from two census functionals and verified on ALL 64 cells
    (overdetermined 64 : 2).  TYPED [C neu]: this is a CHANNEL
    (packet) decomposition of the arrow census, exact and positive;
    a POINTWISE sheet coloring of individual lattice vectors is NOT
    claimed (that would require unforced choices -- no free keys).

THE GATES (frozen):
  G1 UNIT PACKET: shell-1 joint census = 15 x 16 with glue totals
     (52, 64, 60, 64); the 15 per-class glue patterns u_v are NOT all
     equal (so the factorization is class-sensitive and controls can
     fire); the class map used is the verified F2-linearization of the
     v738 quotient (spot-checked against Lmodule.class_of_w).
  G2 BROADCAST FACTORIZATION, per odd shell n in {3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13}:
     (i) V-uniformity: zero class EMPTY, every nonzero class total
         = 16 sigma3(n)  (the (x) I_16 leg, census side);
     (ii) solve A + B = N/240, A - B = -(Theta_0 - Theta_2)/8, then
         tab_n == A tab_1 + B tab_1^{sw} on ALL 64 cells EXACTLY;
     (iii) A, B >= 0 (positivity) and (A, B) == ((s + a_n)/2,
         (s - a_n)/2) with a_n from the corpus f8 reference (A_P +
         weight-4 multiplicativity a_9 = a_3^2 - 27);
     (iv) B_n == 0 mod 16 arrow-exactly; R(n) = B_n/16 integer.
  G3 MICROSTATES: R(n) = 1, 4, 10, 24, 43, 68 at n = 3..13 == the
     per-class sheet-switch multiplicity / 16 (switch cell = 16 B_n =
     256 R(n) per class); the rejected P4 orbit count is re-measured
     and reported (1, 4, 13).
  G4 TRACE CONSISTENCY: a_n = A_n - B_n and sigma3(n) = A_n + B_n from
     the ledger sums; the Kneser neighbor-sum fits (re-run live at
     p = 3, 5, 7) give b = 2 A_p exactly (the affine T_p coefficient
     IS twice the keep-multiplicity); n_B(p) == A_p B_p / 2 from the
     live line census; the tower I_16 leg re-verified live on the
     norm-9 layer (all 820 submodules, transport = id on all 16
     states).
  C  MUST-FAIL CONTROLS: C1 scrambled parity -- glue 1-shift instead
     of 2-shift AND an LCG permutation of the 15 class patterns: the
     64-cell verification must fail; C2 wrong block size -- the
     maximal power of 2 dividing ALL B_n is EXACTLY 16 (32 fails at
     n = 3, 11; 8 is non-maximal: gcd/16 odd), and block-32 R values
     are non-integer where 16 works; C3 random arrow sets (LCG tables
     with the correct total): V-uniformity and factorization break.

VERDICT ENUM (frozen): BROADCAST-EXACT (T-bar_p = M_p (x) I_16
arrow-exactly on every tested odd shell -- the control-plane /
data-plane protocol is real at arrow level) / BROADCAST-PARTIAL (name
which cells / shells) / BROADCAST-DEAD (no natural parity definition
factorizes -- the reading stays [C], typed).

FENCES: [C neu] semantics typed -- the "control plane / data plane /
broadcast" wording is a READING of an exact finite factorization, not
a physics or semantics claim; no-free-keys discipline: the parity is
the structural packet decomposition above (channel split), pointwise
vector coloring not claimed; ROOTCLASS-MIXED (v775) cited and
unaffected -- no code -> matter assignment anywhere. Floats only in
the Fincke-Pohst bounds (every vector re-checked in exact integers)
and the entropy readout (measurement).

FIREWALL: experiments/ probe; ONE new file; writes nothing; no
verification/, paper, ledger, changelog or website surface touched;
no prime table / zeta symbols (AST-enforced; sigma3 by trial-division
divisor sum on the six declared odd shells, a_n frozen corpus f8
values); no v563 window surface. Machinery read-only from v738 /
v535 / hecke_arrow_ledger_probe (certified sibling).
