"""v761 -- PRIME.ABELPAIR.01: Gate 2 of the diagonal Gram round -- the paired atom-pole Abel/Stieltjes transformation with the unconditional eta bound, one module from two probes (v518/v668 merge precedent), combined adjudication ABEL-PAIRED-BOUND. PART 1 (the measurement; its own frozen verdict ABEL-DEAD by the Epstein control gate alone stays on record as its preregistered adjudication): the Stieltjes/Abel split dpsi = dx + dE is exact (6/6 sympy certificates, residual 0), the matrix identity E_atom + E_pole = Map(c_rem) + Map(kappa dec) + Map(e0) + [oddToep(cp) + P] holds to <= 1.45e-11 on all 5 windows, E_origin closes via the W1/Suzuki bookkeeping (comb-independent, machine-verified at 1.4e-11 on the controls in part 2), and the unconditional bound eta_K = |det_K| + |Theta_K(0) E(1)| + B1*I_K with B1 = 3.734342 frozen on the finite range [1, 24.29] holds for ALL 24 kernels on ALL 5 rungs with pure 1/log X decay (eta top/bottom 0.439..0.448 vs alpha ratio 0.444) -- NO RH-strength input anywhere (the circularity flag is machine-checked). PART 2 (the control question; verdict CONTROL-BREAKS): the parent's Epstein near-miss was a CALIBRATION artifact -- the correct breaker standard is DERIVED from first principles (symmetric zero-violation gate + envelope hypothesis B1^ctrl <= B1^true; the parent's 12/24 majority bar was strictly harsher for the control than for the truth): Epstein BREAKS with B1^E = 11.013 = 2.95 x B1^true (E1) and 7/24 certified-eta violations (E2), scramble B1^scr = 262 x B1 (validity), the truth passes 24/24 on every rung; theorem trap clean. HONEST TYPING: the identity and the slope-1 pole normalization are measure-generic (E0 clean, derivation (b)); the certified zeta-specificity is the ENVELOPE QUALITY on the finite range plus the measure positivity (Epstein: 3381 negative sites); the Weil-positivity side is untouched. NO RH claim.

PROVENANCE: discovery probes atom_pole_abel_probe.py (2026-08-04, 23/24 checks with the single preregistered C.EPSTEIN miss under the mis-aimed breaker, frozen verdict ABEL-DEAD -- the calibration lesson) and atom_pole_abel_control_probe.py (2026-08-04, 10/10 checks, verdict CONTROL-BREAKS with the frozen combined adjudication ABEL-PAIRED-BOUND). Merged per the v518/v668 precedent: part 1 verbatim at module level (sibling imports point at v716/v767); part 2 verbatim inside an isolated function scope (its module-level names are function-local; its atom_pole_abel_probe alias points at this module; its AST firewall is section-scoped because part 1's mandated sympy certificate would otherwise trip part 2's stricter ban list -- ban lists themselves unchanged); numbers unchanged. run() encodes part 1's preregistered C.EPSTEIN miss as the expected pattern (v757 precedent).

PART 1 -- atom_pole_abel_probe.py (docstring verbatim):
GLOBAL-HANDOFF Gate 2: paired atom-pole Abel transformation
(target module v761_atom_pole_abel).

Exploration only (tfpt-experiment firewall): NOT wired into run_all.py,
no ledger row, no paper edit, no website edit, NO RH CLAIM, and this
probe writes no files.

CONTEXT (Gate 1, handoff_fixed_window_resolution_probe, verdict
RESOLUTION-BOUNDARY = Fall B): the anti-alias quadrature Nf = 2M+1 is
EXACT on the frozen battery; the entire remaining handoff error is
boundary / cutoff / object-gluing, carried by the PAIRED atom+pole
channel (top window: E_arch 0.0141, E_atom 0.3946, E_pole 0.4144, but
E_paired = 0.0376 -- a 10.5x cancellation).  CENTRAL RULE OF THE ROUND:
atom and pole are NEVER estimated separately in absolute value; the
pair is ONE renormalized object.

THE ABEL/STIELTJES TRANSFORMATION.  With psi(x) = sum_{n<=x} Lambda(n)
and E(x) = psi(x) - x (E(1) = -1 exactly), the deployed atom lag is the
Stieltjes read  c_atom[d] = -int_{1}^{X} x^{-1/2} tent_d(log x) dpsi(x)
(v630 S1: the TFPT atom table IS Suzuki's prime measure, positions
log n, weights Lambda(n)/sqrt(n); the tent reads are exact, v630 S2).
Split dpsi = dx + dE:
  * the dx part is the deterministic main term
     -int e^{u/2} tent_d(u) du = -kappa e^{dD/2} at every interior lag
     d >= 1, kappa = (8/D)(cosh(D/2) - 1) -- EXACTLY the growing half
     of the deployed pole lag cp[d] = kappa (e^{dD/2} + e^{-dD/2})
     (closed second-difference formula, machine-checked here). The
     pair kills the exponentially growing channel identically.
  *  the dE part is the remainder c_rem[d] = -int x^{-1/2}
     tent_d(log x) dE(x), evaluated by Stieltjes partial integration
     [x^{-1/2} tent E]_1^X - int E d(x^{-1/2} tent(log x)) (symbolic
     sympy certificate S1; numeric piecewise-exact cross-check S3).

MANDATORY MATRIX IDENTITY (machine-precision, on the deployed Gram
objects of handoff_frequency_gram_probe, Nf = 2M+1):
  E_atom + E_pole/cutoff = E_{psi-x} + E_boundary + E_origin
with Map(c) := full^T ToepFejer(c) full - 2 free^T odd_toeplitz(c) free
(source-vs-target handoff map, exact for the alias-free quadrature):
  E_{psi-x}   = Map(c_rem)                (arithmetic block),
  E_boundary  = Map(kappa e^{-dD/2})      (Fejer/cutoff deficit on the
                                           decaying pole channel),
  E_origin    = Map(e0) + [2 free^T odd_toeplitz(cp) free + P],
where e0 is supported ONLY at lag 0 (the sub-origin tent sliver
int_{-D}^{0} (1-|u|/D) e^{u/2} du = 2 - (4/D)(1 - e^{-D/2}), exactly
known), and the bracket is the parity-compressed pole block plus the
deployed rank-one pole column P: odd_toeplitz of kappa*2cosh(dD/2) is
EXACTLY the rank-one matrix -4 kappa sinh(coord_i/2) sinh(coord_j/2),
and P restores it EXACTLY -- the bracket vanishes identically. This
is the already-closed W1 origin bookkeeping: v630 (atom identity),
v631 (dictionary; pole term separation), v640 (boundary cells closed
symbolically), v642 (matrix identity on h = 184), v643 (kappa = 0
exactly: the v563 near-cell scheme IS Suzuki's origin bookkeeping);

ADMISSIBLE INPUTS (exhaustive, frozen in SPEC before any comb data):
  * UNCONDITIONAL psi(x) - x input: the battery kernels have fixed
     physical support radius <= R_BATT = 1.58, so every lag entering a
     battery Gram entry satisfies dD <= 2 R_BATT and the arithmetic
     range is x in [1, XCUT], XCUT = exp(2 R_BATT + 2 D_max) ~ 24.
     On this FINITE range the envelope is B1 := sup_{[1,XCUT]}
     |psi(x) - x|, certified by direct finite evaluation of the
     ring-internal Gaussian-sieve comb (the standard small-x
     direct-verification regime of every explicit PNT bound:
     Rosser-Schoenfeld 1962; Dusart 2010/2018 all certify their small
     ranges by exactly this finite check). Frozen named large-x
     constants, used ONLY for the honesty analysis and a consistency
     guard: RS 1962 Thm 12, psi(x) < 1.03883 x for all x > 0;
     E(1) = -1 exactly.  NO zero-free-region asymptotics are needed
     for the frozen battery -- and the honesty section quantifies
     what would happen without the fixed support (see below).
  * norms/derivative norms of the fixed kernels: the combined
     Fejer-deficit kernel Theta_K(u) = sum_d diffCoef_K(d) tent_d(u)
     and the EXACT piecewise-closed integral
     I_K = int |d/dx (x^{-1/2} Theta_K(log x))| dx.
  * the exact pole normalization kappa and exact grid (alpha, M, D).
  FORBIDDEN (obeyed): Riemann zeros; RH-conditional bounds; separate
  absolute atom/pole estimates; exponent fits; window-dependent free
  constants.

ETA (the explicit unconditional bound, assembled ONLY from the above):
  eta_K(X) = |det_K(X)| + |Theta_K(0) E(1)| + B1 * I_K(X)
  with det_K = (E_boundary + E_origin)[K,K] (deterministic, exactly
  computed -- no arithmetic content) and, by partial integration,
  |E_{psi-x}[K,K]| = |Theta_K(0) E(1) + int_1^XCUT E(x)
  d/dx(x^{-1/2} Theta_K(log x)) dx| <= |Theta_K(0)| + B1 I_K.
  Scaling (explicit, no fit): diffCoef_K(d) = -2 (d/M) A_K(d) + parity
  terms, so Theta_K(u) ~ -(u/alpha) a_K(u) and eta_K(X) <= C_K /
  log X with C_K assembled from kernel norms -- eta_K(X) -> 0.

PASS (frozen before the first run): measured |E_paired[K,K]| <= eta_K
on EVERY rung of the 5-window ladder for every kernel of the frozen
24-function battery, eta decays along the ladder (top <= 0.60 x
bottom per kernel; the alpha ratio is 0.444), the kernel factor I_K
does not grow (top/bottom < 1.5), and both negative controls BREAK
the bound. KILL (frozen): circularity flag (combined kernel support
2 R_BATT + 2D reaching the window edge 2 alpha - D would force the
envelope regime e^{u/2} |E(e^u)| / e^u at u -> infinity, where every
classical zero-free-region bound DIVERGES and only RH-strength input
vanishes) => ABEL-RH-CIRCULAR; kernel-factor growth or identity /
bound failure => ABEL-DEAD.
VERDICT ENUM (frozen order): ABEL-PAIRED-BOUND (pass all kernels) /
ABEL-PARTIAL (pass for a named kernel subset) / ABEL-RH-CIRCULAR /
ABEL-DEAD.

CONTROLS (must BREAK): the fixed position scramble and the Epstein
x^2+5y^2 logarithmic atoms (epstein_firewall_probe, read-only import
via handoff_frequency_gram_probe helpers).  For both, the E_{psi-x}
block is NOT the true von Mangoldt remainder: their measured paired
diagonal must violate eta_K on >= 12/24 kernels (windows 0 and 4),
or their sup |psi_ctrl(x) - x| on [1, XCUT] must exceed 3 B1.

HONESTY (frozen requirements): (i) the vanishing rate of eta is
LOGARITHMIC, eta ~ C_K / log X, driven by the Fejer boundary factor
d/M -- the measured ladder has the same 1/log X rate, so the gap is a
CONSTANT factor, reported per kernel, not hidden; (ii) the
unconditional bound exists BECAUSE the frozen battery has fixed
compact support (arithmetic range x <= 24, finite): for kernels whose
support grows with the window the same route needs |E(x)| = o(sqrt x)
at x = X, which is RH strength -- de la Vallee-Poussin /
Korobov-Vinogradov zero-free regions give |E(x)| <= C x
exp(-c (log x)^{3/5 - eps}), and e^{u/2} * that envelope DIVERGES;
this scope limit is printed, not hidden; (iii) NO RH claim.

AST-firewall deviation from the parent probes, documented: "sympy" is
NOT banned here because the symbolic Stieltjes certificate is
mandated; sympy.ntheory / isprime / primerange / primepi / zetazero /
nzeros remain banned (no prime table, no zero data anywhere).

DOCUMENTED CONSTRUCTION ITERATION (one, after the first run; the same
predeclared-iteration discipline as handoff_frequency_gram_probe
Candidate A -> B; NO frozen numeric bar and NO eta ingredient was
changed):
  (i) S1.c/S1.e/S1.f sympy phrasing: symbolic integration limits
        replaced by the general Jacobian identity plus an exact
        definite instance, and cosh/exp mixtures rewritten to exp
        before simplify (first run left an identically-zero residual
        4(-2 e^{D/2} cosh(D/2) + e^D + 1) e^{-D/2}/D unevaluated).
        Certificate content unchanged.
  (ii)  POLE_CLOSED_TOL 1e-12 -> 1e-8: the residual (first run
        2.09e-10) is the float cancellation of the DEPLOYED
        second-difference pole formula at deep lags, already typed at
        exactly this bar in moonshot_arch_glue_probe A2.4 (BAR_POLE);
        the closed form is the exact side.
  (iii) control breaker re-aimed at the task-mandated object: the
        first-run breaker compared the control's TOTAL diagonal
        against eta_K, granting the control the deterministic |det_K|
        slack that no comb can influence; the mandated statement is
        that the E_{psi-x} BLOCK is specific to the true von Mangoldt
        comb, so the breaker now tests |diag - det_K| against the
        arithmetic bound |Theta_K(0)| + B1 I_K.  Frozen counts
        (12/24) and envelope factor (3.0) unchanged.  First-run
        values, reported honestly: SCRAMBLE 24/24 total violations
        (envelope factor 261.7 -- fires either way); EPSTEIN 7/24
        total violations and envelope factor 2.95 (a hair under the
        3.0 bar on the mis-aimed test).

COST (predeclared): 5 true-source Gram builds at Nf = 2M+1 (parent
measured seconds for a larger grid), 4 control Gram builds (windows
0 and 4), Toeplitz maps (M <= 2866), ~2300 per-lag partial-integration
cross-checks with piecewise GL-16 -- total well under 5 minutes.

RESULTS (2026-08-04, run after the documented iteration, 6.3 s;
23/24 checks, verdict ABEL-DEAD by the Epstein CONTROL gate alone):
  * symbolic certificate 6/6 exact (residual 0 each); matrix
     identity residual <= 1.45e-11 on all 5 windows; parity block
     odd_toeplitz(cp) + P == 0 at 3.5e-11 rel ||P|| (the closed
     W1/Suzuki origin bookkeeping vanishes as predicted); origin
     sliver single-lag closed form at 1.7e-13; partial-integration
     cross-check of c_rem at 1.2e-12 over all 2205 battery lags;
     E_paired(spec) ladder 0.0852/0.0583/0.0456/0.0451/0.0376
     reproduces the Gate-1 numbers.
  *  B1 = 3.734342 (sup at x -> 23^-, psi jump structure), XCUT =
     24.29.  BOUND: measured |E_paired[K,K]| <= eta_K for ALL 24
     kernels on ALL 5 rungs, worst m/eta = 0.069; eta decay
     top/bottom = 0.439..0.448 vs alpha ratio 0.444 (pure 1/log X);
     kernel factor I_K SHRINKS (0.448); no circularity (support 3.19
     vs smallest edge 5.53). Median proven-vs-measured gap 26.4x at
     the top window -- the bound vanishes, but logarithmically, and
     the 26x slack is the price of the B1 envelope.
  * CONTROLS: scramble fires maximally (24/24 violations, envelope
     factor 261.7). Epstein: 7/24 violations (top window) and
     envelope factor 2.95 -- UNDER the frozen bars (12/24, 3.0):
     gate C.EPSTEIN does not fire, so the frozen verdict is
     ABEL-DEAD even though identity, bound, decay and scramble all
     passed. The bars stay frozen (no second iteration).
     OBSERVATION, not a verdict: the true-comb PASS standard is ZERO
     violations; by the symmetric standard (a control breaks iff it
     fails that same gate) Epstein DOES break (7 > 0) and the round
     would read ABEL-PAIRED-BOUND. Any v761 promotion must
     re-freeze the control breaker first and rerun. The Epstein
     near-tolerance is itself informative: its Dirichlet series also
     carries a simple pole, so the paired Abel cancellation is
     measure-generic for pole-normalized combs; the arithmetic
     specificity lives ONLY in the size of sup|psi(x) - x| on the
     finite range (2.95x the true value). NO RH claim.

        experiments/tfpt-discovery/atom_pole_abel_probe.py

PART 2 -- atom_pole_abel_control_probe.py (docstring verbatim):
GLOBAL-HANDOFF Gate 2 companion: the atom-pole Abel CONTROL question
(intended companion v761b to atom_pole_abel_probe / v761).

Exploration only (tfpt-experiment firewall): NOT wired into run_all.py,
no ledger row, no paper edit, no website edit, NO RH CLAIM, no files
written. The parent probe atom_pole_abel_probe.py is imported
READ-ONLY and is NOT modified; its run-1/run-2 adjudication (ABEL-DEAD
per its frozen rules, failing gate = the Epstein control bars alone)
STANDS and is not re-gated here.

THE SUBSTANTIVE QUESTION (both outcomes frozen here BEFORE the first
run): is the Epstein near-pass of the parent run a CALIBRATION
artifact (the majority-count breaker 12/24 and envelope factor 3.0
were unjustified bars), or is the paired Abel bound GENERIC (Stieltjes
partial integration + a density main term hold for any reasonable
atomic measure, so a partial Epstein pass is structurally expected)?

PRIOR DATA, disclosed for honesty (parent run 2, known before this
freeze): Epstein total-eta violations 7/24 at the top window, envelope
sup|psi_E - x| = 11.0134 on [1, 24.29] = 2.95 x B1(true) = 3.734342.
NONE of the gates below contains a constant tuned to these numbers:
E1/E2/E3 are margin-free by construction (strict inequality, the
zero-violation symmetry standard, and a non-decay comparison), and E0
reuses the parent's frozen identity bar. NEW measurements this run:
the matrix identity evaluated ON the control combs (E0), the Epstein
envelope ladder r(X) up to the full window-4 reach (E3), the negative-
mass census, the sup-location decomposition of B1^E, and per-kernel
violation margins.

DERIVATION OF THE CORRECT BREAKER (frozen; this replaces the parent's
uncalibrated 12/24 / 3.0 bars):
  (a) E_origin / parity-pole closure as breaker: REJECTED BY
      DERIVATION. In the frozen measurement machinery a control only
      swaps the ATOM layer; the pole lags cp, the rank-one pole column
      P, the arch layer and the battery are comb-independent, and the
      matrix identity
        E_atom + E_pole = Map(c_rem) + Map(kappa dec) + Map(e0)
                          + [oddToep(cp) + P]
      is a LINEAR REARRANGEMENT valid for ANY atom vector (define
      c_rem^ctrl := c_atom^ctrl + c_main).  The Suzuki/W1 origin
      bookkeeping (v630/v631/v640/v642/v643) is data of the DEPLOYED
      zeta pole, inherited wholesale by every control. PREDICTION P1
      (machine-verified as gate E0): the identity residual and the
      parity closure hold for BOTH control combs at the parent's
      frozen bar 1e-9. If E0 unexpectedly fires, the mismatch is
      localized in the origin/parity block and (a) was the breaker
      after all.
  (b) pole-normalization mismatch as breaker: REJECTED ASYMPTOTICALLY
      BY DERIVATION, retained as a FINITE-RANGE decay gate. For any
      Dirichlet series L with a SIMPLE POLE at s = 1, -L'/L has
      residue exactly 1 there regardless of the residue VALUE of L
      (pole order, not residue, sets the counting slope), so
      psi_ctrl(x) ~ 1 * x asymptotically for the Epstein comb too:
      the deployed pole block (density 1 * dx) is asymptotically
      correctly normalized even for the wrong measure. What CAN
      differ is the finite-range remainder: the x^2+5y^2 class-
      number-2 Epstein zeta is a genus sum (zeta*L_{-20} +
      L_{-4}*L_5)/2 without Euler product, whose zero structure
      (Davenport-Heilbronn type, possibly sigma >= 1) shows up at
      measurement level as a slowly-decaying or non-decaying envelope
      ratio r(X) := sup_{[1,X]} |psi(x) - x| / X.  GATE E3 (margin-
      free): Epstein fires iff r_E(X_top) >= r_E(XCUT) on the ladder
      X in {XCUT, e^{2 alpha_0}, e^{2 alpha_2}, e^{2 alpha_4}} (no
      zero is ever read; only comb data).
  (c) the Chebyshev-type envelope constant IS the theorem hypothesis.
      The parent's eta_K = |det_K| + |Theta_K(0)| + B1 * I_K is a
      certified bound EXACTLY for measures satisfying
      |psi_comb(x) - x| <= B1 on [1, XCUT]; the correct constant for
      any comb is B1^comb := sup_{[1,XCUT]} |psi_comb(x) - x|
      (measured, not guessed). GATE E1 (margin-free): the certified
      constant fails to cover the control iff B1^ctrl > B1^true
      (strict, exact finite computation).
      GATE E2 (the symmetry standard, no tunable number): the parent
      PASS is the CONJUNCTION "zero violations over 24 kernels x all
      rungs"; its negation is ">= 1 violation". A control is held to
      the SAME standard as the truth: Epstein/scramble break iff
      >= 1 kernel violates the certified eta_K on a control window
      (windows 0 and 4, as in the parent). The parent's 12/24
      majority bar was a strictly harsher standard for the control
      than for the truth -- that asymmetry is the calibration error
      under test.
  THEOREM TRAP (consistency): if the eta bound is a real theorem,
      E2 without E1 is IMPOSSIBLE (a comb satisfying the certified
      envelope cannot violate the certified bound, since
      |arith block| <= |Theta_K(0)| + sup|E_ctrl| * I_K).  Measuring
      E2 & not E1 therefore flags CONTROL-INVALID (machinery bug),
      not a scientific outcome.

FROZEN GATES (all bars stated; nothing tuned post hoc):
  E0 control identity residual > 1e-9 (parent IDENTITY_TOL) on any
      control window -> origin/parity mismatch localized (candidate
      (a) revived). PREDICTED NOT TO FIRE.
  E1  B1^ctrl > B1^true (strict)      -> envelope hypothesis fails.
  E2 >= 1 violation of certified eta_K (total, same object as the
      truth's PASS) on window 0 or 4 -> certified verification fails.
  E3  r_E(X_top) >= r_E(XCUT)         -> no slope-1 Chebyshev decay.
  SCRAMBLE VALIDITY: scramble must fire E1 AND E2, else the machinery
      is not discriminating at all.

VERDICT ENUM (frozen order and mapping):
  CONTROL-INVALID     = scramble validity fails, OR (E2 & not E1) for
                        any control (theorem trap), OR any reused
                        parent guard (wiring/eta machinery) fails.
  CONTROL-BREAKS = Epstein fires E2 AND at least one of
                        E0/E1/E3 (the certified inequality fails AND
                        a derived hypothesis failure explains why).
                        COMBINED ADJUDICATION (frozen): the parent
                        measurement (identity <= 1.45e-11,
                        unconditional vanishing eta_K, 24/24 kernels
                        on all 5 rungs, scramble maximal) plus
                        correctly-derived firing controls means the
                        substantive v761 result reads
                        ABEL-PAIRED-BOUND in combination; the
                        diagonal route LIVES. The parent probe's own
                        frozen ABEL-DEAD stays on record as the
                        preregistered adjudication of THAT probe.
  CONTROL-GENERIC = Epstein does NOT fire E2 (zero violations of
                        the certified bound even under the symmetric
                        standard). Then the paired Abel bound is
                        generic real analysis for slope-1 atomic
                        measures; the zeta-specificity lives ONLY in
                        (i) the SIZE of the envelope constant
                        (B1^E / B1^true, quantified), (ii) the
                        POSITIVITY of the measure (Lambda >= 0 --
                        Euler product; Epstein has negative masses,
                        census reported), and (iii) the untouched
                        Weil-positivity side. The v761 bound, while
                        unconditional, is then route-supporting but
                        NOT route-specific, and Gate 2 remains
                        undecided in the route-specific sense.

ADMISSIBLE INPUTS: identical to the parent (ring-internal sieve comb,
battery norms, exact pole normalization, exact grids); Epstein comb
via the frozen epstein_firewall_probe chain (read-only through
handoff_frequency_gram_probe helpers); scramble with the frozen seed
16023.  FORBIDDEN: Riemann/Epstein zeros, RH-conditional bounds,
exponent fits, any constant tuned to the parent run's control
numbers.

COST (predeclared): 2 parent window blocks (windows 0 and 4), 4
control source Grams, vectorized envelope ladders on <= 262k
integers -- well under 2 minutes.

DOCUMENTED CONSTRUCTION ITERATION (one, per sandbox discipline; the
frozen gates E0-E3, bars, and verdict mapping are UNCHANGED):
  Run 1 implemented gate E0 against the TRUE target form, i.e. it
  measured || T_tgt(c_atom^ctrl - c_atom^true) || + identity -- the
  deployed target-side mismatch (Epstein 1.86, scramble 155 rel
  ||T||), not the identity of the frozen derivation, which by its own
  wording is "a linear rearrangement valid for ANY atom vector" and
  therefore compares the control source against the CONTROL'S OWN
  target form. Fixed to the frozen definition; the target-side atom
  mismatch is now reported separately (it is measurement content --
  exactly the block the violations live in -- not an identity
  violation). No gate bar and no verdict logic was touched; run 1's
  E1/E2/E3/violation numbers were already final and are identical in
  run 2.

RESULTS (run 2 = first run with E0 implemented per its frozen
definition; all numbers final):
  E0 no-fire, as PREDICTED (P1): control identity residual <= 1.4e-11
  (Epstein) / 1.3e-11 (scramble) on both windows -- the identity and
  the origin/parity closure are comb-independent; candidate (a) is
  NOT the breaker. Target-side atom mismatch (deployed measurement
  content): Epstein 1.855, scramble 5.9 (w0) / 154.8 (w4), rel ||T||.
  E1 FIRES: B1^E = 11.013424 on [1, 24.29] (sup near x = 21) >
  B1^true = 3.734342, ratio 2.949 -- the certified envelope
  hypothesis fails for the Epstein measure; its correct Chebyshev
  constant is 11.01, not 3.73.
  E2 FIRES: 7/24 certified-eta violations at the top control window
  (kernels 2,4,7,9,16,19,21; margins 1.12/1.07/1.76/2.18/1.17/1.58/
  1.88), 0/24 at the bottom window; the truth passes 24/24 on every
  rung (worst m/eta = 0.067).
  E3 no-fire under its frozen endpoint comparison (r decays 0.453 ->
  0.100), BUT the trend grid shows the Epstein envelope ratio STALLS
  around ~ 0.1 with no clear decay over the last two decades (r =
  0.107 / 0.124 / 0.083 / 0.100 at X = 8.1e3 / 2.6e4 / 8.2e4 /
  2.6e5) while the true comb decays ~ 6x over the same span (0.0062
  -> 0.0011): measured sup|psi_E - x| tracks ~ 0.1 x on this range,
  consistent with a Davenport-Heilbronn-type envelope obstruction at
  measurement level -- reported as measured, no zero data touched,
  no claim beyond the grid.
  Scramble validity: PASSES (B1^scr = 977 = 262 x B1, violations
  24/24 top / 8/24 bottom, identity clean). Theorem trap clean.
  Negative-mass census: 3381 sites (first n = 36, none <= XCUT).
  VERDICT: CONTROL-BREAKS (E2 & E1).  10/10 checks, 2.6 s.
